Once Upon a Time: A Theatrical Adventure (A.X.I.S. Enrich only)
Embark on a magical journey with "Once Upon a Time," a 14-week afterschool theater class designed for grades 3-5. In this enchanting program, young actors will dive into the world of fairy tales, bringing beloved stories to life through imaginative play, creative storytelling, and dynamic performances.
Throughout the course, students will explore classic and modern fairy tales, learning the fundamentals of acting, stage presence, and character development. Each week, our young thespians will engage in fun and interactive activities that encourage creativity, teamwork, and self-expression.
The adventure culminates in a grand showcase on the last day of class, where students will showcase their newfound skills and share their fairy tale creations with family and friends!
When: Wednesdays from September 4th - December 11th
(no class on November 27, final class will have a showcase at 4:15PM)
Time: 3:15 - 4:15 PM
